HOURS OF OPERATION

1) BEAU Creations operates 7 days a week except first and second day of Lunar New Year.

2) BEAU Creations operates between 9am and 8pm.

PRICE / PAYMENT PROCEDURE

1) We accept payment through Visa Credit Card / Master Credit Card / Paypal for On-line orders.

2) We accept payment through Visa Credit Card / Master Credit Card / Telemoney for Phone-in orders.

3) Please note that prices quoted on website, catologue or brochure etc., are not applicable for Valentine's Day due pricing changes from suppliers.  

DELIVERY DETAILS

1) If for any reason recipient is not at the point of delivery and the products cannot be delivered, a redelivery charges of $30 will ne imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your orders (quoted price applicable for local delivery only, international charges differ according to countries). 

2) In order to ensure successful delivery, please provide us with the complete and correct recipient details.

SUBSTITUTION

1) BEAU Creations reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.

2) While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the wedsite, catologue or brouchure, certain colours, shapes of flora, materials, baskets, vases etc., may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability.

CHANGE OF PARTICULARS

1) Changes to particulars such as address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least One day (24 hours) before delivery.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

1) All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2) In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the product to us within 24 hours from the time received.

3) BEAU Creations and its management look into each case seriously and reserves the right to the conclusion.
